VirtaMove Launches New SI and ISV Partner Programs
Toronto, Canada, March 28, 2019 — VirtaMove is pleased to announce the launch of two comprehensive partner programs for Systems Integrator (SI) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV).
Systems Integrators are important business partners. Integrators provide VirtaMove customers with consulting, integration, and application movement services. With their help, customers soon realize the value of legacy application modernization. The new SI Program gives partners the resources, training, and methodology needed for large-scale implementations of VirtaMove.
The new ISV Program helps software vendors lock in millions in re-occurring legacy maintenance revenue. It also accelerates revenue from customer upgrades. Many legacy customers are not modernizing their WS2003 and WS2008 applications because it costs too much, takes too long, and requires too many internal resources. Upgrade delays cause software vendors to lose maintenance fees as customers fall out of support. Failure to move to modern Windows Server platforms also stops customers from buying new ISV application versions. The new VirtaMove ISV Program solves these problems and offers partners new ways to generate revenue.
To support the launch of the new Partner Programs, an upgraded release of V-Maestro, V-Monitor, and V-Migrate is available. Migration Intelligence Suite 2.0 moves customers forward with a stateful re-install of legacy applications on modern servers. It makes it easy to move applications from WS2003 and WS2008 to new WS2012, WS2016, and WS2019 servers. V-Migrate also moves apps to hybrid or public cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS clouds.
