The Challenge
The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most regulated in the world, with frequent compliance audits of many aspects of its business operations. Regulated compliance audits for operating systems primarily are standard practices and compounded with HIPAA, fines for non-compliances can become significant. GSK required a migration of a wide array of business-critical windows production applications into new and compliant OS environments in order to meet regulatory standards.
